OLMS has been growing! We recently moved into our new school building with plenty of space for more expansion. Currently we serve students ages 3-12, and will expand to include 7th and 8th grades in the 2025-26 academic year.

Primary assistant
PART-time, long term sub (March-May, 2025)

Seeking a part-time assistant to serve our 3-6 year old students from March 1 - May 23, 2025 in the classroom environment, 20-30 hours per week. Applicants should have a love for children, the ability to multi-task under direction from a lead teacher, and interest in learning about the Montessori philosophy of education. Candidates should possess an appreciation for the Catholic faith. Physical dexterity (possible kneeling, sitting on the floor or low chairs, navigating through a busy classroom, etc.) is necessary to fulfill the job duties. 6TH-8TH GRADE lead GUIDE
FULL TIME (2025-26 SCHOOL YEAR)

OLMS is seeking a dynamic “Renaissance Man” who has a passion for working with the adolescent age group. This person will help to establish the new OLMS Erdkinder program for 6th-8th grade students during our school’s pilot year as a full PreK-8th grade program. Preferred candidates will possess a broad knowledge of Catholic liberal arts, an energetic love of learning, a pioneering spirit, and the maturity to lead adolescent students in exciting project-based learning. Montessori experience is not necessary; training and mentorship will be provided. Elementary lead GUIDE

Our Lady's Montessori School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Guide (Teacher) to serve Elementary age students for the 2025-26 school year and beyond. We are looking for a mature individual who has a deep love for the Catholic faith, dedication to helping children thrive, organized work habits, ability to multitask, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Elementary teachers with experience in Montessori, traditional, classical, or home school settings are encouraged to apply. Montessori orientation and mentorship will be provided, as needed. upper Elementary academic assistant

OLMS is seeking a full-time Upper Elementary Academic Assistant to serve students in grades 3-8. Daily routines will include in-classroom support to facilitate student learning, pull-out tutoring sessions in key academic areas for small groups and individuals, and coordination with the Lead Guides to ensure student success. Applicants should have experience working with children of various ages, the ability to multi-task in a busy classroom environment, and an organized approach to lesson preparation. We are looking for a candidate with a mature manner, a nurturing but firm approach with students, and a desire to share in the joy of learning with children.
